  • If an attendee needs to cancel their registration:  Yuma Fresh will issue a full refund of the registration fee, minus any credit  card processing fees, for written cancellation requests made by January 31 or attendee may provide the name of a substitute for the registration.

  • Yuma Fresh will issue a full refund of the registration fee, minus any credit card processing fees, for written cancellation requests received by January 15th . Yuma Fresh will not issue any refunds after January 15th.

  • Southwest Ag Summit is an all weather event and will take place regardless of the weather. We hope for sunshine, but rain or wind will not cause cancellation.
