The Labor of Love program recognizes the hard work of thousands of field workers and shares their stories. It offers an opportunity to share gratitude with them and recognize their contribution to the agriculture industry. Along the way, the stories are shared with thousands of social media followers as well as in print articles and advertisements. The Labor of Love program includes breakfast on the farm and random acts of kindness. This program includes the Yuma area, Imperial Valley and the Salinas Valley.
