Exhibitor Conditions and Map

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS

Set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, from noon to 5:00 PM. Booths must be set up and ready by 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 21. We want the booths to remain open until 4:00 PM Thursday, February 22. The vendor reception Wednesday evening is a great networking opportunity with food and beverages provided at several locations throughout the vendor area. Pick up your exhibitor packet upon arrival from the Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association booth where name badge credentials will be available and Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to seeing you.
